Features :-

  • Central conductor is made of 99.97 % pure solid copper manufactured in house. It is insulated with Nitrogen gas injected physical foam dielectric manufactured from imported polyethylene, which enhances the foaming upto 70%, which leads to lower and uniform attenuation.
  • This also ensures that the insulation is free from impurities and the foam cell structure is uniform across entire length. The secondary conductor is made of specially designed poly-aluminum tape bonded with sufficient overlap on dielectric.
  • The second shield is of imported aluminum alloy wire braiding with high tensile strength and has more than 60% coverage suitably flooded with jelly so that the weather effect on conductors is negligible.
  • The outer jacket that has specially formulated PVC manufactured in-house, is of UV resistant nature, for robust performance and long life. Each coil/ bobbin is tested on computerized Test equipment for Attenuation, Impendence and SRL upto 1GHz.
  • The special features make these cables ideal for power pass application with notch free low attenuation values over wide band of frequencies and low loss of signal quality.

CCS Cables

Features :-

  • This cable is with central conductor of Copper Clad Steel (CCS) .Due to the “Skin effect” CCS conductor is used for long distance trunk transmission, as it offers high strength, economy & longer life.
  • In this type of cable, outer copper layer takes care of high frequency signal transmission & Steel takes care of the load. However it has higher conductor resistance due to steel at the center of conductor.
  • These cables withstand all mechanical abuses during operation and are extensively used in DTH & Drop Cable applications without power pass requirement.

CCA Cables

Application :-

Features :-

  • This cable is with central conductor of Copper Clad Aluminium(CCA). The Copper Clad Aluminum conductor is used in higher size trunk cables due to low cost & low weight. However this conductor also offers higher conductor resistance than that of pure copper.
  • It offers less weight & hence can support longer span of cables in CATV networks. It can also work satisfactorily in power pass application

  • The cores are twisted together with a uniform lay on a special purpose imported machine, according to the color code to form pairs.
  • The pairs are bunched together in such a manner so as to minimize cross talk. The cable is then jacketed with a specially formulated PVC compound with fire retarding properties.
  • A nylon rip cord provides an effective means of slitting the jacket without damaging the insulation. These are ideal because of low attenuation and low cross talk. Available in standard pack of 100 M and 500 M

CCTV Cables

Application :-

  • The cables used are of hybrid type with combination of communication and electrical wires. The communication cables are used for recording the images by the camera and to communicate with the data centre.
