LT PVC POWER AND CONTROL CABLES

1.1 KV Power Cables

Application :-
  • The Power Cables are used under ground as well as over head transmission of power in power plants, industries, projects and all other electrical installations.
  • Different combinations such as Aluminum, Copper conductors, round solid conductor, stranded conductors, sector shaped conductors, taped inner sheath, extruded inner sheath, Round steel and aluminum wire / Flat galvanised steel strip Armored/ unarmored, single /double outer sheathed etc are available.
  • Types of insulation include PVC, HR PVC. The inner & outer sheaths can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS, HR-FRLS or FR depending upon the application and requirement of customers.
Features :-
  • Finolex manufactures different types with combinations of specifications as mentioned above as per IS 1554 Part I for cables upto 1100V

1.1 KV Copper Control Cables

Application :-
  • These cables are used for under ground as well as over head transmission of power to the control panels in power plants, industries, projects and all the electrical installations.
  • Different variations such as round solid conductor / stranded conductors, taped inner sheath / extruded inner sheath, Round steel / aluminum wire / Flat galvanised steel strip Armored/ unarmored, single / double outer sheathed etc are available.
  • Types of insulation include PVC, HR PVC. The sheath can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS, FR or HR-FRLS depending upon the application.
Features :-
  • Finolex manufactures different types with combinations of specifications as mentioned above as per IS 1554 Part I for cables upto 1100V

  • Insulation is of XLPE . The sheath can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS, FR or HR-FRLS depending upon the application.
Features :-
  • Finolex manufactures all above combinations as of 1.1 KV grade Control cables as per IS 7098 Part I from two cores to 61 cores in 1.5 and 2.5 sq mm sizes. All tests as per relevant specifications are conducted.

HV Power Cables

Application :-

  • Finowpower High Voltage cable are use in power distribution ,industries ,material Handling plants, transportation sectors like railways and aviation , gas & Petroleum sectors and infrastructure Development Sectors.

Features :-

  • Finowpower High Voltage cable manufactured as per BIS & Other International specifications offer higher current rating, higher overload capacity and higher short circuits rating with lower di-electric losses.
  • Cables with round circulation compact conductor with very smooth surface finish are manufactured with most modern manufacturing facilities like state of the art CCV line, true triple extrusion with dry curing process, on line monitoring system for measuring, monitoring & controlling of Insulation thickness and eccentricity throughout the length, ultra modern material handling plant to ensure contamination free di-electric, sequential length marking and with a capacity provide longer packing lengths as per customer’s requirements. These single and multicore cables can be provided with FR/FRLS outer Jacket.
  • These cables are manufactured and tested as per IS : 7098(Part 2 ) : 1985
